Early childhood educator

Description of position

Under the supervision of the management team, the educator is responsible for the education, hygiene, health, safety, and overall well-being of the children. This role involves fostering development across all spheres and ensuring the children's physical and emotional safety. All duties must be carried out in compliance with the Ministère de la Famille (MF) educational program, in close collaboration with management and the entire staff.

Salary (range) :

Between 20$ and 23$

Typical schedule :

Each week alternates between study hours (an average of 15 hours) and work hours (10 to 20 hours depending on the needs of the workplace), throughout the duration of the program.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with the entire CPE team. Build and maintain quality relationships with parents. Demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, and dynamism. Bilingualism is an asset.
