Workplace description

CPE Fleur de Pommier’s mission is to provide high-quality educational childcare services that meet the needs of children aged 0 to 5 and their families. Its practices are grounded in values of welcoming, respect, commitment, and a democratic approach, while fostering secure attachment relationships through the presence of qualified staff. Our educational team provides a safe and stimulating environment that encourages free play, exploration, and active learning, both indoors and outdoors. By ensuring children’s well-being, health, and safety, and by implementing the Accueillir la petite enfance educational program from the Ministère de la Famille, the CPE is firmly rooted in children’s daily lives and supports their overall development.

Why join our educational team?

At CPE Fleur de Pommier, we provide a warm and stimulating environment where every child aged 0 to 5 can thrive. With two locations in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac (62 spaces) and Oka (49 spaces), our qualified team encourages free play, exploration, and active learning, both indoors and outdoors. Our vision is inspired by the image of a growing tree: each child is supported by meaningful relationships with their family and our staff, and grows surrounded by strong values. We aim for every child to develop autonomy, self-esteem, emotional awareness, and social skills during their time with us. Every day, play and joy guide our actions, so that each child leaves ready to embrace the challenges of school and life.
