CPE l'Arche de Noé

Cpe

Workplace description

Our CPE was established in 2001 and was among the first to welcome children with special needs. Inclusion is a foundational value, embraced wholeheartedly by a dynamic, passionate, and joyful team for whom each child's well-being is the top priority.

Why join our educational team?

Nestled in the heart of a beautiful park, our CPE welcomes 80 children, including 20 infants in the nursery. Children enjoy a large, well-equipped outdoor yard, a library, a sensory room, a motor skills room, and a multipurpose space that fosters a wide variety of learning experiences. Guided by nature-based pedagogy, we play, explore, and learn outdoors—rain or shine! As a Sustainable CPE – Excellence Level, we integrate environmental values into our educational mission. Recognized as a Global Health CPE, we also promote physical activity and healthy habits from early childhood. Children with special needs hold a central place in our inclusive environment and are supported by our specialized educator (TES). Some of our educators have been with us for over 20 years. We are a close-knit, caring, and respectful team, united by mutual support and the joy of growing together.
