Plan, organize and lead educational activities (open pedagogy); Adequately manage the functioning of the group (positive and democratic supervision); Communicate effectively with children (listening, respect); Supervise the child in his/her human relationships (Support, welcome, respect); Welcome, support and respect children (Sensitivity, kindness); Ensure the health and safety of children; Collaborate closely with colleagues; Communicate with parents (partnership);
