Workplace description
We are an early childhood center with 80 places, ten of which are infants. Located in the Lachine borough, the CPE serves an ethnically, culturally, socially and economically diverse population. Since its inception, the CPE has taken into account the diversity of its families and encouraged, in the children under its care as well as in its employees, acceptance and respect for differences as well as curiosity towards others.

We strongly believe in the triangular relationship: parent-child-educator, so the parent is asked to get involved in the daily life of his child, whether it is to develop intervention plans, in social activities, educational outings, and so on. or in the various committees.
