The Tam-Tam early childhood center is a non-profit corporation incorporated under Part III of the Companies Act and subsidized by the Ministry of Families. Operating as a service company, each CPE Tam-Tam employee must be attentive to the needs of its customers:

An operating permit from the Ministry of the Family for 80 places for children from 6 months to 5 years old.
In 2022, the permit was amended to add a new facility with 80 spaces for children aged 6 months to 5 years located at 245 Rue Principale, Châteauguay.
The CPE is located in the municipality of Châteauguay.
