Why join our educational team?
Our educational mission is to develop each child's sense of self, autonomy, and love of learning through new experiences and semi-structured play. Educators have access to montessori-inspired materials, a Smartboard, indoor gym and open access to artisan materials. Paid pedagogical time and space is allotted to each educator on a weekly basis. Observations are through the HighScope portal. A director, to support educators in their role. 40hrs/wk @ MFA rate; group insurance Desjardins; pension plan.
