Workplace description
The daycare is a daycare with 58 children in Montreal. Our mission is a place of acceptance of differences. Accepting others in their entirety as individuals allows for a welcome, contact, curiosity, and tolerance of differences. The daycare gives equal and warm attention to all children without discrimination based on sex, ethnicity, physical appearance, personality, or disability. The child will be encouraged to respect and recognize these differences. The daycare puts actions in place allowing the child to develop at their own pace and to offer them challenges suited to their abilities.
