Workplace description

At Petit Paradis Ste-Rose, we offer a personalized educational program designed to support each child’s overall development. Our centre welcomes 20 children under 18 months and 16 children from 18 months to under 5 years, in age-appropriate environments. Every day, children learn through exploration and engaging activities. Key moments are shared with parents through Brightwheel, allowing real-time updates. The daycare is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and ensures a safe, well-supervised environment at all times. Two snacks and a healthy meal are served daily. Nap time recommends a 90-minute cycle, though children aged 4–5 may simply rest quietly. Our approach promotes confidence, safety, and the joy of learning, supported by an evolving portfolio that allows parents to follow their child’s progress.

Why join our educational team?

At Garderie Le Petit Paradis de Ste-Rose, we believe in supporting the next generation of early childhood educators by offering a welcoming, caring, and structured learning environment. Participating in the Work-Study Program is a valuable opportunity for us to help develop future professionals who are confident, skilled, and passionate. We place great importance on communication, customer service, and high-quality care for children and families. By welcoming students, we aim to pass on these standards, allow them to practice and refine their skills, and help them feel part of a committed team. Our mission is to support each child’s overall development—physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language—while respecting their individual rhythm. Integrating educators in training strengthens this mission and helps us build a stable, qualified team aligned with our values, ensuring consistent, high-quality care and enriching learning experiences for all children.
