Description of position

We are looking for an educator to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children. Main duties: lead activities, observe children, communicate with parents, and collaborate with the team. Requirements: valid first aid, positive attitude, reliability.

Salary (range) :

Between 18$ and 20$

Typical schedule :

Each week alternates between study hours (an average of 15 hours) and work hours (10 to 20 hours depending on the needs of the workplace), throughout the duration of the program.

Someone caring, patient, and passionate about child development. Ability to plan and lead stimulating educational activities. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Strong observation and communication skills. Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with parents. Valid first aid certification.

Description of environment

The Magic Daycare is a private educational daycare service, open since 2010 and established in Cartierville (on Gouin bvd). It is a daycare that can accommodate 50 children from 1 to 60 months, with 9 spaces reserved for children from 0 to 18 months of age in a warm and safe environment. We offer a stimulating environment based on the Department's educational principles, an environment where learning is active and where the development of language, autonomy and social skills will be at the forefront. For children aged 4 and over, we provide them with the specific educational program for kindergarten as defined by the Ministry of Education.
