Workplace description
Located in the heart of Limoilou, the Pre-Kindergarten Montessori Éducatôt welcomes families and staff of various nationalities. Our facilities are recognized by families in the neighborhood. Different cultures enrich our environment and promote the learning of second languages. Our installation favors Montessori pedagogy which gives an important place to each child, but also to each educator. Just like the educational program of the Ministry of the Family, the Montessori pedagogy wishes to bring the child to be autonomous, to make choices, to self-discipline, to concentrate and to cultivate his desire to learn and to open up to the world.
Our environment has 3 facilities ranging from the nursery to 5 years old. The groups are multi-age except in the nurseries. Daily routines are well established for all except infants who benefit from more individualized care. We favor daily outings and activities in nature.

Our mission is to provide a high quality, healthy and rewarding childcare service, distinctive through approaches that encourage child development. Although the team has grown over the years, the family atmosphere is present. Management is attentive to the needs of employees. The working atmosphere of support and mutual aid remains our priority. The personnel who wish it can be trained in pedagogy, accompanied by an experienced Montessori Master. Subsidized since September 2023, our environment offers the same working conditions as a CPE.
