Description of position
Ensure the health, safety and well-being of children. Implements the educational program. Plans and prepares educational activities. Accompanies and supervises the children in their activities. Promotes the integration of children into group life. Observe the development and behavior of children. Promotes independence and healthy lifestyle habits. Guide children in feeding, dressing, hygiene. Exchange with parents and develop a bond of trust.
Salary (range) :
Between 18$ and 20$ / h
Typical schedule :
Between 25h and 35h per week, organized as follows: - Between 10 and 20 hours on average per week in the workplace according to the needs of the educational childcare service; - 15 hours of study, paid.

An educator for a long-term replacement. • Love of children • Know the development of children • Engage in a continuous process of quality of service at the CPE • Be able to communicate and establish a meaningful relationship with each child and manage a group of children • Be able to intervene with children with special needs • Have good observation skills • Be autonomous, organized and creative • Be able to work in a team and to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, management and parents. • Meet the criteria of absence of impediment within the meaning of the law and regulations for this purpose. • Hold a valid certificate of first aid courses adapted to early childhood/management of severe allergies.
